Local coin swap

I was contacted by someone from Learnspread about investing. They apparently recruit for Localcoinswap.
It is a £250 initial investment, which is converted to Euros I believe. I was going into hospital next day so declined and said I would wait until my discharge. I have a call arranged next Monday to discuss matters. 

Has anyone heard of these people or what they do? Not good at navigating websites etc myself. Any comments welcomed.

Stay in hospital, put your wallet under the pillow and pull the covers over your head.

When I saw the thread title I though OP was refering to going to some ones house or shop to swap coins. not an online server

What commision fees are they charging to buy and sell coins by any chance?

Exactly this, thought it was like-minded numismatists getting together to compare thruppenny bits and see if anyone's got that mythical penny that's worth £££s.
