UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

•    Prize Draw in relation to the UEFA Nations League programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Thursday 10 October 2024.  
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 9.00pm on Sunday 13 October 2024; 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 17 October 2024. 

Winner selection & contact:

 

•    The draw will take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date and time for all entries. 
•    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 
•    The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below). All entrants must be contactable on Friday 18 October 2024 and for two (2) working days after.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

•    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword GOAL or WINNER to 82223; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

The prize consists of £20,000 and four (4) tickets to the game England v Republic of Ireland on Sunday 17 November 2024 (the “Prize”). 

(i) £20,000 cash 

This element of the prize consists of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The Promoter endeavours to pay the cash prize to the winner’s nominated bank account within seven (7) days from the date of winner contact, subject to the winner providing the relevant details to the Promoter (unless there is a delay due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to the winner not providing a bank account held directly in their own name within a timely manner of being contacted by the Promoter).

 

(ii) Tickets to the game England v Republic of Ireland

 

This element of the prize consists of four (4) hospitality tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companion(s) to attend the football game England v Republic of Ireland on Sunday 17 November 2024 at Wembley, London. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

 

The tickets include a table of four (4) in Wembley Stadium’s Bobby Moore lounge for the game, a four-course à la carte meal with a fully inclusive drinks package (Laurent-Perrier Champagne, beers, wines and soft drinks), seats located on the halfway line behind the players’ dugouts, access to the stadium three hours prior to kick-off and an hour post-match.

 

Please note that under 2 years old are not permitted inside the stadium. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion(s) acknowledge that in the event that the game England v Greece does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and, at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to availability, the winner may receive tickets to another England game taking place at Wembley Stadium (which may be in 2025).

 

Tickets are not transferable and cannot be re-sold, or exchanged. If tickets have been found to have done so, they will be cancelled.

 

The prize excludes accommodation, transportation to and from the stadium, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses and any other element not expressly set forth above.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Competition period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
