Hi all,
I have received a final notice regarding a charge for overstay of 15 mins in B&M leytonstone car park.
I had moved at the time of the alleged infraction but have a post redirection set up and never received any previous fines or correspondence.
I was not the driver but the person who was spent the entire time in B&M and it was insanely busy hence the delay. Unfortunately do not receipts for the purchases as so long ago and paid cash so no paper trail there.
Any advice would be appreciated thank you in advance

Get B&M to cancel it as per Plan A explained in the NEWBIES thread. No link needed.

Ignore the debt collectors letters, read post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
Email a data rectification notice to the DPO at G24 telling them your address and they MUST ERASE your old address from the files. That way they wont issue any future court claim to the old address, just to the correct address
As you are the keeper, do you wish to name the driver to G24. ? Or would you rather deal with any future claim. ?
Ideally you contact the retail park management team and try to get the PCN cancelled ASAP, known as plan A1 -
