Gemini Parking Solutions PCN paid late, now passed to Debt Recovery Plus

Hi, I've read the newbie threads but couldn't find anything specific to my situation, if I've missed it somehow, apologies. Please send me in the right direction!

I received a PCN from Gemini Parking Solutions. I missed the 14 day discount window but paid the discounted amount online, instead of the full amount. I assumed this would be enough to get them off my back. This was in August. I received no further communication from Gemini.

A month later I received a first letter from DRP (Eligible for legal action'). This letter alluded to previous letters which I have never received ("Previously, we treated your lack of response as an oversight.")
I have since received a second letter ('Terminal Contact').

Am I safe to continue to ignore these letters seeing as I've already paid Gemini (albeit not the 'full' amount)?

Many thanks

Ignore debt collectors (see NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post,). Come back if Gemini issue court proceedings - unlikely, but they do have 6 years to do so.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Paying the "mugs discount" was the big mistake. Liability has been admitted.

Why did you pay? It didn't help.  But you owe nothing, so just ignore them like you should have done all along.

No throwing good money after bad.

Stop taking the bait of a scam.

Nobody pays private PCNs all the time the rogue industry is still unregulated. Come here first next time because you should never have ignored it at first PCN stage and even worse, should certainly not have paid it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Because I came here after the event. Next time I'll know better!

By "you should never have ignored it at first PCN stage" I assume you mean I should have appealed? I didn't ignore it, I paid (some of it) - which I now realise was a mistake, but we are where we are now...

Come back if ever you get a court claim.

Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
