The prize of a ‘12 Day Discover the Taste of New York State’ holiday, which will be provided by Travelbag, is for two people and includes two return economy class tickets (from London to New York City, returning from Buffalo airport to London), 9 days car rental in an Intermediate car (Inclusive of Loss Damage Waiver, Unlimited Mileage, Liability Protection, Provincial and Local Taxes) and 11 nights’ accommodation in one standard room throughout, minimum 3* hotel, on room only basis.

A transfer from New York City airport to the New York City hotel is not included and will need to be arranged and paid for by the winner. Car hire will be provided from day 4 of the itinerary in New York City and will need to be returned at Buffalo Airport on the last day of the itinerary. Drivers must be over 21 years to drive in the USA and present a valid UK driver’s licence together with a ‘named driver’ credit card to cover any extra charges. Please note that if the winner is aged between 21 and 25, they will be required to pay a young drivers fee directly to the car provider.  No alternative transport options will be provided so the winner must be able to drive to claim this prize.

Upon check in at each hotel, the winner will be required to provide a credit card to cover any incidentals.

The winner and travelling companion must be eligible to travel and it is their responsibility to arrange and pay for a passport, ESTA or VISA and adequate travel insurance before travelling to the USA. Please check with your local embassy for more information. The Tour Operator accepts no responsibility for the winner’s entry requirements or travel insurance. Personal expenses, travel insurance, ESTA/VISA fees, passports, spending money, optional car rental charges, fuel, meals, drinks, tours and excursions, airport transfers, car parking, and any other incidentals that are not listed as included in the prize are the winner's responsibility. Any optional extras and upgrades available at time of booking will need to be paid for by the winner.

Any additional taxes, costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

The prize is subject to availability and black out dates may apply. The holiday must be taken and completed no later than 30th September 2025. Seasonal blackout periods apply and include; 1 December 2024 – 5 January 2025, 15 – 23rd February 2025, 12 April 2025 – 27 April 2025, 24th May – 1st June 2025, and 1st – 6th July 2025. All accommodation and flights are subject to availability and additional black out dates may apply.

Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is unavailable or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given.
