I think I'm finally there but would appreciate if someone could run their eye over this for me:

Correct. It is the main entrance to the retail park, and part of the confusion as to who owns what part of the car park. (There are two seperate companies that own it - Premier Park and Group Nexus, but the signage isn't clear on where this starts/ends)

There seems to be some peculiar text and the para numbers jump from 43 to 59  -  due to formatting when posting in dropbox?

The first line of text is peculiar (no idea why) but the numbers are just down to an error on my side. I've corrected this on the final document.

If I may be allowed to make another suggestion. 
When I noticed the GroupNexus sign exhibit I did a control + F (group)  -  I could not find any reference to the name of the ppc the sign related to in the main body of the WS  -  hence query of sign.

I suggest that the name of the ppc (GN) on the sign is clearly stated in the relevant exhibit para (12?). Hopefully it will make it easier for the Judge instead of him/her having to look at the small writing on the exhibit sign (like I had to) to know who the other ppc is.
