Premier Park Ltd Claim Form & Defence - Advice

Hi all,
Thanks for your help so far.So, had my mediation call a few weeks ago and today I have received a letter stating that it has been transferred to my nearest court for allocation. Once this has been received it will be passed to a procedural judge who will allocate the claim to track and give case management directions.
based on previous cases, is this likely to actually go to court now where I will have to attend and defend the case? If so, what should I be preparing?0 -
This is a stage where the allocating Judge might strike out Gladstones claim for want of detailed particulars. See what the Court directs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, I've now been given a date for court and I am in the process of putting together the relevant WS & Evidence as suggested in the 'newbies' thread.
I'm fairly nervous at this point! Never been to court before and wondering if it's all just been a waste of time, and whether to negotiate just paying to close the issue.
Thoughts?0 -
No, stick it out until the final whistle, let it play out, no court time has been paid for yet
Mediation was the opportunity to negotiate
Do not miss the WS + Exhibits bundle submissions to both parties2 -
Thanks - I'm just working through the witness statement now and will be getting this to them by the date requested.
Again, I should just follow the suggestions in the thread and add any other evidence (pics of signs from the car park in question etc.)?0 -
Also, I have to send the WS & Exhibits to Premier Park - how is best to do this? Email/Post/In person?0

No. They are using Gladstones for a reason!SuperE20199 said:Also, I have to send the WS & Exhibits to Premier Park

I have no recollection of them sending me letters to say we were being fined, until the letter from the court0 -
You've never been 'fined'. It's an invoice.
Email your bundle to the local court & cc in Gladstones, like you see in all the Gladstones completed cases last year, or even older.
You need a fairly recent one to copy from, including the two appeal cases. Search the forum for:
