Premier Park Ltd & Debt Recovery Plus

I received a parking fine earlier this year for “not parking wholly within a bay” I appealed twice and was unsuccessful. I’ve now received a letter in the post from Debt Recovery Plus saying I now owe £170.00!!!!
Has anyone had any experience with this by means of just simply not paying / ignoring? The threats of CCJ is what is stressing me out. Thanks in advance.

Read the newbies thread it explains all, and you can't just get a CCJ especially not from a docile debt collector pretending you have a debt.

No need to tell us about £170 threatograms as if it's something new. This is all normal from this rogue industry and DR Plus letters are obviously to be ignored.
We ask for no threads about these tedious joke letters. Please read the 4th post of the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
