County Court judgments sent to wrong address

Good morning all,
I have been having issues with DCBL since 2021.
I am eligible to park at the place the alleged contraventions occured all day provided you input your registration. This is something I always did. There are 5 outstanding matters with DCBL.
There were two cases that went to court without my knowledge and I have confirmed with the court that heard it the summons were sent to my old address. They said DCBL can do this as they only need to send to my "last known address".
I paid the two judgments when I found out about them 6 months down the line. I have since requested Experian, the CSA and my credit card company to investigate on my behalf.
I am aware I can complete a set aside form however I can't afford the £300 court fee to do this (£600 when I apply for both).
I explained to DCBL many times that these pcns were a mistake and they still pursued without my knowledge.
Any advice would be appreciated and please feel free to DM me.
Thanks
Kane

Was the court claim sent to the address on the V5? Did you forget to update it at the DVLA? Paying a ccj within a month of judgement is the only way it won't appear on your credit file.
I don't believe you can apply to set aside the judgement if you have paid it. Others with more knowledge than I will advise better.
This really wants moving to the parking board. You need to argue the validity of the remaining 3 pcn's.0
