    Hi all

Have still got a large bit of leftover turkey in the fridge as was very inorganised and haven't used it and now (New Year's resolution) to try and be more OS again!

Anyway is it save to eat? We had some 2 days ago and it was fine but don't want to give everyone D & V just as we are returning to school and work!

    What do you think???

I'd only keep meats for a maximum of three days after you have cooked it. When did you cook it?

I wouldn't risk it but know how frustrating it is to throw out food! No need to hang your head in shame at this time of year with stuffed fridges. Things always get lost or forgotten about. I'm going to have to start throwing out cheese today i think. We had loads over Christmas and I'm beginning to worry about things like soft goats cheese

Thanks for that and glad I'm not the only one but how annoying is that!! Maybe the cat and the birds will benifit instead.

Can I still boil up the bones etc for stock or is that dodgy too?
