Increase in questions, answers in the listing

Is any one else receiving an increase in questions, where the answers are clearly in the listing. Bullet-pointed and easy to understand, but unfortunately not easy to see because of a plethora of other items, sponsored items, similar items to what you wanted, because you searched for...

Some buyers just would simply ask you which means they've practically given up.

The intermingling of adverts certainly don't help. I rarely use Ebay but asked a question recently about the stuffing in a coat I was thinking of buying, the advert implied it was down, but in another place implied it was synthetic and I wanted to know which. I suspect it was synthetic and would only have bought if it was. The somewhat terse reply in broken English was to read the listing! I'll not be buying it

As a buyer it's increasingly frustrating to find information in listings - on desktop it's okay, but on mobile they seem to be trying to make it as difficult as possible!  Some of them only show the briefest of descriptions and then viewing them on desktop it turns out there is more than what mobile showed.

I don't use eBay anywhere near as much as I used to before, now.

Well that's interesting. eBay is batting off their competition by providing free selling for private accounts and pacifying us business sellers by saying that these eBay account holders buy twice as much on eBay than non-selling account holders. In other words, trying to say it's all good and boost sales by reducing private sellers fees, meanwhile making it more difficult to sell anything on there due to screen clutter!

I use an ad-blocker and have also blocked the suggested, sponsored items etc...

Far too much useless information on the screen and often the suggested items had nothing in common
    with my search.

I would suggest adding an image with the bullets points as the second photo but it does break their picture policy, not that it appears to ever be enforced.

I personally think its more people using the app. In the listing, the Item Description you have to click on to bring up and its in small text. White the contact seller button is bigger and in a different colour and stands out a lot more.
