Chasing AXS Ticket Resale Refund

Is anyone having issues getting a refund from AXS ticket company as I am struggling to get an honest answer out of them.
I sold tickets back in early August but had to wait the mandatory 10 working days after the event (21/8) for a refund. Received an email 10/9/24 telling me my payment bounced due to incorrect bank details. I am very deligent when submitting these on forms and check and double check so I find this hard to believe and my bank said they didn't attempt payment so how can it bounce back. I can't check if the initial ones were wrong anyway as some of the info is purposely hidden. So I update my details and was then told by Livechat my case would be escalated. Five times I've contacted them via Livechat and as many via email but keep getting the run around asking if I've updated my details, will escalate the case or you'll be paid next Friday but still no refund.
Customer services are currently not available on Livechat; you can't speak to anyone in authority. This has to be the most unprofessional company I've dealt with or cannot deal with as no one is there. I have also found a review on Trust Pilot of someone being given the exact same excuses who is still awaiting a refund. It appears CS are reading from a script!

You are not alone…it took me 28 emails, countless pointless live chats, waiting for their 2 Hyperwallet emails (which didn’t materialise) to verify my account, and 30 working days of waiting! After threatening them with a small claims action and BBC Watchdog, I finally got the refund! Without doubt the worst company to deal with!0
