Wrong Creditor on DRO
Yet another mistake by moneywellness. I noticed one of the creditors on my DRO is incorrect. The figure is precise, but instead of the Creditor reading JC International Acquisition LLC , it instead says Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions Ltd. God knows how they could have made such a mistake. This is after having my council tax debt being under South Staffordshire Water and getting my date birth wrong. Will the insolvency unit correct this error if I contact them, and what information would they need. BW Legal are handling the debt and are still contacting me as the DRO information they have is I correct.

CARS was probably the debt collector that JCI were using
It's a rookie error but doesn't change the fact that the debt is included.
JCI should accept that. If they write to you, tell them.1 -
After a little research, I discovered the two companies work together to collect funds from companies and individuals, so Im not sure why BW Legal are still contacting me when they have my DRO at hand.0
