Monzo - paying DDRs from saving pots

Hi, can anyone tell me if you can pay Direct Debits from a pot or savings pot if you only have the free account / plan with Monzo ?

No you can't. You need the paid for account. I just transfer the money into my main pot the day before the bill is due1

You can do that with Starling with no fee0 -

The interest-bearing pot, however, cannot be used for automatic direct debit transfer payments.1
