Hmmm...  I've been trying to 'clean' the link in the OP and I can't find anything that works. (I'm pretty sure that I checked it before I posted.)

The only thing I did find was a sign up comp/survey by going to:

So, I signed up, logged in and went to 'Rewards'. It says there are no open surveys at the moment, maybe the one in OP closed early?

It looks like you can earn prize draw entries by performing various tasks on the site:

"Prize draw information

1 x Discussion post gets you 1 draw entry

1 x Poll vote gets you 1 draw entry

The number of draw entries available for each survey will vary based on survey type and length but will be at least 2 entries.

The exact number of entries will be clearly communicated before you begin the survey"

Monthly Rider Research Hub Prize draw - Terms and Conditions

1. There will be a monthly prize draw for which you will receive entries by taking part in forums, polls or surveys. The prize for the upcoming month will be announced in the last week of the previous month via the ‘News’ page, and can be different each month
    
2. The prize draw is open to all members of the Rider Research Hub Community who have contributed to community activities within the month of the draw, with the exception of employees of SHIFT Active Media Ltd or QuMind.
    
3. Every time you complete a Rider Research Hub activity you will be allocated prize draw entries. The number of prize draw entries will vary depending on the task. Unless otherwise indicated, completing a Poll or contributing to a Discussion will earn 1 prize draw entry. The number of prize draw entries for completing surveys may vary depending on the length or type of survey, and will be clearly communicated before you begin the survey itself. [All prize draw entries will be automatically allocated to the next available prize draw and may not be carried over to subsequent months.]
    
4. We reserve the right to void any entries allocated to you if you are in breach of our Rider Research Hub terms and conditions.
    
5. No responsibility will be taken for any electronic failures or similar when submitting items to the Rider Research Hub Community.
    
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process which produces verifiably random results and is supervised by an independent person.
    
7. The winners will be announced within the first calendar week of each month and notified by email within 10 working days. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

1. When you initially sign up to participate in the Rider Research Hub, you will be entered in a prize draw for the month that you signed up. The prize will be a voucher worth £150 (or equivalent currency in your country).
    
2. The prize draw is open to anyone residing in the eligible territories set out in the Rider Research Hub Community Terms and Conditions who has signed up to the Rider Research Hub and validated their email between the first and last day of each calendar month, with the exception of employees of SHIFT Active Media Ltd or QuMind Limited.
    
3. Each email address can only be used to sign up and enter the relevant monthly sign-up draw once.
    
4. We reserve the right to void any entries allocated to you if you are in breach of our Rider Research Hub terms and conditions.
