Winner

1. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw-conducted by a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all eligible entries, held on 14th October 2024. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners, but it is each entrant’s responsibility to monitor their email address (including spam folder). The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email within 4 weeks of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.

   • Additional terms and conditions include:
     • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day and/or Valentine’s weekend and school holiday periods (specifically the Christmas holidays, summer period holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter).
     • Car hire will only be available to drivers aged 25 or over with a current full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years from the date of car hire. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. The driver will need to provide the car hire company with a personal credit card that has £500 - £1,000 (variant depending on company) available for a security deposit that is refundable to the driver’s credit card upon the safe return of the vehicle. The driver will be fully liable for any liability in respect of the car hire. Should the winner not wish to drive, reasonable alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
     • You will be staying in 3-4* hotels along your route, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
     • Sport event tickets of the winner’s choice must be for a game in mainland UK, exclude top of the table clashes, local derby matches, semifinals, and final matches. Type of ticket and inclusions depend on the events chosen. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
     • Travel prize must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
     • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple
     • Should the iPad Air be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
     • iPad will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner
3. For the avoidance of doubt, subject to Clause 6 above the Prize does not include any additional travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
4. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, and can only be redeemed by the winner. They may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
5. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing time/date of the Promotion by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
6. By entering into the Promotion, each entrant agrees that in the event of a win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Provided no objection is received from the winner, these details list will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. To request the winner’s details, please email projects@mailmetromedia.co.uk. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide the winner’s information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites.
