    When was it last serviced? If that's due before too long, might be a plan to get it booked in sooner rather than later. 
    And when the engineer comes to do the service, get him to disable the DHW preheat (in other words, put it in Eco mode). This will save you quite a bit of gas and improve reliability.

  • Thanks everyone for the responses.  We were able to figure out the issue. The pressure was low low. It is now fixed. I know I said earlier that the pressure was normal, but I was wrong.

    While you have the toolkit out, bleed the radiators and top up the system again. That should prepare you for the coming winter.
