Thanks everyone for the responses. We were able to figure out the issue. The pressure was low low. It is now fixed. I know I said earlier that the pressure was normal, but I was wrong.

While you have the toolkit out, bleed the radiators and top up the system again. That should prepare you for the coming winter.
