PIV positive air pressure systems for dust management

Yes it's total air exchange thats important. I saw the DIY video too.
"CADR vs. Filter Type: Studies suggest that Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR), which combines airflow volume (cubic feet per minute) and filter efficiency, is a better measure of performance than just the filter grade.
DIY filter box, often known as a Corsi-Rosenthal Box, provides a very high Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR)—often 300–600+ CFM (cubic feet per minute)—by pairing a standard box fan with multiple MERV-13 filters. It is significantly more effective and quieter than many commercial units"
Tons of tree pollen and book dust here at the back of the flat and and car pollutant at the front from the one window there.
That's why im looking at sealing the window from noise and having some air circulation going somehow.

I'd like to make a Corsi-Rosenthal Box, but those box fans are very hard to get in the UK. IKEA air purifiers are pretty good though. Relatively cheap, very quiet.
I tried a smaller version of it, with a filtered vent in one room, only for summer because it has no heating. It makes a measurable difference in that room. At some point I'd like to try the full house.

I think it could work, certainly worth a try. I remember working in a house 10m from the "new" bypass that they built 30 years ago, as part of the work the comapny building the bypass installed larger PIV's on the outside of all the houses to deal with the construction dust , the idea being that they didn't need to open their doors and windows for fresh air as filtered air was constantly being pushed into the house. I saw this over 10 years ago and the fan still worked then when they would have been 20 years old, and were still used at the house I was at.
