Tesla Powerwall 2 - can it be set up to discharge only partially to the grid?

Hi, everyone,
I want to set up Powerwall 2 so that is discharges only 35% during peak times between 16:00 and 19:00. Then I want it to supply only my house and, if required (it seems the battery checks the weather conditions), charges up between 2:00 and 5:00 AM when the next day is expected to be cloudly. However, I do not see this capability- I can have backup reserve, but then I start buying from the grid once I hit the backup reserve level. And Energy Export can be either Solar or Everything, but I do not see where I could say “up to 35% of battery”
Really like Grid Charging - past night it charged up 100% on low tariff, I suspect because it understood that today it will be cloudy, and the night before it charged only a bit because it knew that yesterday would be very sunny from the morning and charged up on solar
