Fine received despite paying for a parking space via your parking space at holiday inn luton

Hi
I have searched for parking fines and read the newbie section several times.. Forgive me as I do miss detail out due to dyslexia, adhd, autism and dyspraxia or it takes me a while to process information. I was signposted to this site from social media.
I paid for a parking space via your parking space website for the holiday inn Luton airport. The booking stated that my registration number should have been passed on to be exempt from parking charges. I extended my times too just in case my flight was delayed.
I have received a parking charge from a company called park maven for £60 to be paid in 14 days or £100 in 28 days yesterday. It showed me entering the car park at 4.55am. The letter does not state that it was linked to times. My parking started from 5am. My mobile and watch stated just after 5am into the carpark.
I paniced and tried to find a phone number for parkmaven or your parking space. No such luck.
I have sent a message to your parking space with a copy of my booking (screenshot) and there was an option to appeal a parking fine with the PCN reference number. It stated that the service will take 24 hours to reply. I cannot find any customer services number to call them instead and explain my circumstances.
I sent a message to parkmaven (parking charge notice) to appeal the charge. I sent screen shots of my booking from your parking space to them and stated I had been in touch with your parking space to also get in touch with parkmaven to waive the fee.
Should I wait before I get in touch with Holiday Inn as a next step if I not hear back from your parking space or get turned down by park maven. Unfortunately I admitted I was the driver to the parking charge firm.
Is there any other advise I should be following?
Thank you in advance

Calm down and completely ignore Parkmaven.
Complain to Holiday In next week.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I parked with Your Parking Space and received a parking fine.YPS have confirmed by email that I parked correctly and the PCN was issued in error.Yet they refuse to arrange to cancel the PCN!
It is not possible to call them.An online form is the only way and it takes days for them to reply each time.Terrible company.Avoid.0 -
does it say parking fine, or parking charge notice? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
