Is an asthma sufferer entitled to free Covid tests?

Asking for a friend.
They don't have extreme asthma, but they've been using inhalors their whole life and have yearly asthma reviews at the doctors.
Are they entitled to free Covid tests due to their asthma?
The NHS website is a bit vague about eligibility...
"have certain lung conditions or treatments for lung conditions"
"have certain lung conditions or treatments for lung conditions"
Thanks!

Probably not because taking inhalers and having an annual review fits pretty much everyone with asthma. Including those who inhaler manages the symptoms and they never have an attack. If you look at the NICE guidance that goes into more detail and references people who have treatments such as prednisolone as well, for example.https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ta878/chapter/5-Supporting-information-on-risk-factors-for-progression-to-severe-COVID19
it’ll be the more severe asthmatic cases who I would expect to fit the criteria.
Simplest way though is to ask their pharmacist. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I am entitled for free covid tests pack because of my condition. Got the NHS letter etc. I go to pharmacy that's shown on the government website search facility and they still refuse to supply me with any.0
