NatWest & RBS App can't connect

Their Android Apps worked fine last night, can't connect to either service this morning, anyone else have the same problem?

Yes - there is a message stating that there is service disruption to their online banking and mobile app, and that they are 'working on it'.

The service status pages show they are doing maintenance on the app between 06:00 and 12:00 today.

The online maintenance was between 01:55 to 02:30. Perhaps it broke something as they are now saying "...we're working hard getting everything back up and running for you. We will share an update when we have more information."

Is it just me or have there been an unusually high number of online banking outages of late?
