Salary sacrifice & student loan repayment

One of the children received a job offer for when she graduates next year. It’s only £28K salary but includes becoming chartered and she also has the option to salary sacrifice both pension and EV.

Does salary sacrifice  come off the income threshold for student loan repayments ?

    Student loan repayments are calculated on gross income minus salary sacifices so it will reduce repayments, potentially to 0 on that wage depending on amounts and repayment plan...
