    i totally agree. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any landowner details until I could see their contract agreement.

    What do you mean the POPLA appeal has been finalised? You can hit the Withdraw Appeal button if it's not yet decided.

    The appeal has come to a conclusion and POPLA have found in favour of Premier Park. I don’t have the option to withdraw anymore

    Confirmation received from the Landowner that the ticket has been cancelled. Whilst I know I would be successful at court I cant Say I am not relieved that this ordeal is over.
