Experian credit lock issues

Hi is anyone having trouble with experian credit lock, long and short i need to apply for a new credit card and my lock is on, can i find how to turn it off now even though i've done this lots of times before.  Its as if the option has been removed yet experian keep emailing me saying your credit lock is on, even following the links in the email doesn't work, their chat bot/agent is permanently off line and i am stuck - there seems to be no way to contact them.

I wouldn't bother paying Experian for that sort of stuff, if you're worried, have a look into a CIFAS protective marker - cheaper for one without the nonsense "service" they make you pay for and covers 3x CRAs

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
