TSB Switch Offer, Pending Transactions

I left it a bit late to do the TSB switch offer and by the time my card arrived with PIN etc I did the 5 transactions as soon as possible. As a couple of them were showing as pending for a few days they finally showed as completed transactions in the app on the 27th September.

The ts and cs state the 5 transactions must be completed by the 27th, does anyone know if this essentially includes that date for the offer and I'll be ok or will they not count?

I think it counts as if the 27th wasn't included it should read before the 27th. Think of use by dates, that's always the date on the label.

It's the date the transactions fully settle that counts, so the 27th is the date that matters here. The T&Cs specify that you need to do the card transactions "by 27th September". I would also argue that having done them before 23:59 on 27th September would count as having done them within the required timeframe.

At this point I would wait and see if you get paid the incentive (sometime between 15-25 Oct is when it's supposed to pay out) and then log a formal complaint if you do not receive the incentive.
