Dart Charge - Opt in for a Further 12 Months - How?

I received a notification that my Dart Charge account will be set to inactive on 16th October unless I opt in for another 12 months, but there's no information about how to do that. If I go into my online account, there doesn't appear to be an option, and if I phone their number, I just get automated options that ultimately only allow me to top up my account or go back to the main menu. Argh! Any suggestions, please?

I'd like to know as well..! I got the same notification, but can't see anywhere to opt in

Frim their T&Cs, they close your account if you don't use the crossing at least once every 12 months.  I have no idea how you keep the account otherwise.

Just to follow up on this, I emailed them at customerservice@dartford-crossing-charge.service.gov.uk and explained the situation. They emailed me back a few days later, saying that they'd extended my account until July 2025 (not a full 12 months, but whatever). Hopefully, by then they'll have sorted out their website and I'll be able to extend it again myself.
