Dart Charge - Opt in for a Further 12 Months - How?

I received a notification that my Dart Charge account will be set to inactive on 16th October unless I opt in for another 12 months, but there's no information about how to do that. If I go into my online account, there doesn't appear to be an option, and if I phone their number, I just get automated options that ultimately only allow me to top up my account or go back to the main menu. Argh! Any suggestions, please?

Frim their T&Cs, they close your account if you don't use the crossing at least once every 12 months. I have no idea how you keep the account otherwise.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Just to follow up on this, I emailed them at customerservice@dartford-crossing-charge.service.gov.uk and explained the situation. They emailed me back a few days later, saying that they'd extended my account until July 2025 (not a full 12 months, but whatever). Hopefully, by then they'll have sorted out their website and I'll be able to extend it again myself.0
