Terms and Conditions for Holiday Hypermarket Prize Draw Promotion: Win a 5-Star Holiday for Two to Rhodes

1. Promoter’s Details
Holiday Hypermarket is a trading name of TUI UK Retail Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 01456086.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 00:00 on 2nd October 2024 and closes at 12:00 (midday) on 16th October 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older. Employees of TUI UK Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, or their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse, or partners) are not eligible to enter. Both travellers must have at least three months’ validity on their passport in order to travel. If you are not eligible to travel, you cannot accept the prize and a new winner will be selected.

4. How to Enter
Internet access is required. To enter, you must complete the online form by providing your name, surname, telephone number and email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary. Entries from agents, third parties, or automated systems will not be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details
There will be one winner who will receive a 5-star holiday for two to Rhodes, Greece. The prize includes:

- Return flights from London Luton Airport to Rhodes, departing on 23rd October 2024, with 25kg hold luggage per person.
- Seven nights accommodation at TUI BLUE SENSATORI Atlantica Dreams Resort and Spa on an all-inclusive basis.
- Coach transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in Rhodes.

The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, or any other additional costs such as transport to and from London Luton Airport, car parking, or other personal expenses. The prize must be taken as offered, with no cash alternative or other substitutions available. On accepting the prize you should make suitable arrangements for travel insurance as soon as possible.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Wednesday 16th October 2024, immediately after the competition closes at midday. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize via both email and phone within 3 days of the notification. If the winner does not respond within 3 days or is unable to accept the prize, a new winner will be selected.

8. Non-Transferable
The prize is non-transferable, and the winner must be one of the travellers. If the winner is unable to travel, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

9. Publicity
The winner may be required to participate in publicity associated with this promotion. By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your name and geographical region for promotional purposes in all media, without further consent or payment.

10. Use of Data
All personal data submitted by entrants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice, available on our website. By entering thecompetition, entrants agree to receive communications from Holiday Hypermarket and other TUI Group companies contacting you from time to time by email with holiday offers, competitions, and information about our products and services.

11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach these terms and conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for technical failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or any other issues beyond the Promoter’s control.
