It was 7 degrees out there this morning brrrrr. Give it a couple of weeks and it'll be even colderNot alot going on here today, tempted to go and do a little bit in the garden if it warms up later though.@-taff Breadmaker recipe for you:- 1tsp yeast, 475g strong flour, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 1/4 tsp salt, 75g cheddar cheese, 320ml water, 75g cooked bacon. Morning everyone just back in from a cleaning job I’m having a cuppa and sitting watching a spaniel gett an award for sniffing out illegal tobacco they are brilliant to watch my little dog is upside down next to me snoring she does absolutely nothing to earn her keep that’s a lie she’s good company and my little best pal . Chrisca your bread sounds delicious but I got rid of my bread maker as we were eating it as fast as it was made but I sometimes make a loaf by hand I enjoy doing it . Taff your right I haven’t much of a clue what I’m doing in the garden well that applies to most things actually but everything gets its chance with me and I’ve done alright a bit of knowledge is good but some folks think they are important I will help anyone. Corned beef pie and cornflake tart has been requested for this weekend from the gannets oops I meant to say my lovely children I will make a start after lunch . Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing9

And I'm back from the nurse and shopping. The ANP nurse said that both ears are sore (yes) and the left one infected so got a cream for the outer part of ears and a spray for the inner part. Shopping was swift and easy, friend dropped off back home and I'm ready to stop talking! It's very dark, misty and wet here, such a change from the last week or so, though not too cold yet.@DP1 - such lovely news and tales of your delightful little one.8

Hello all, I'm late today but we decided to go out this morning rather than wait till later. We only went to our village and the next one but the traffic is always busy on a Friday and the roads are narrow especially when people park on the sides so you end up weaving in and out. We called in the cs next to the tip too and dropped off several items, even that was busy with people looking and buying, but I put my blinkers on and came out empty handed 👼, well except for the bag of books which they refused as they have a glut at present.
Yesterday Mr Fix It took it into his head to start sorting the dumping ground office because he would like a 3D printer but he has to get rid of some stuff before hand, hence the cs visit. Maybe he'll do another few hours in there today, he's keeping away from me and I'm still hopeful I won't get the man flu head cold. All the washing has dried so needs putting away and I shall do more wardrobe sorting as there are still some summer clothes in there. I was living in hope that we would get to the end of Oct before I needed to put them away for next year 😞
taff our meat van is there every week, Wed, Friday and Sat, the meat is better than the sm but a bit more expensive.
Gers Glad the surprise lifted a worry. Sorry about the poorly ears hope the meds clear it up quickly.
