hi i have a lot of debt and wanting to know how to make an application for a DRO relief , is it the CAB i need to go to

You have to go through an Intermediary, who will be a trained debt adviser and will check that this is your best option.

In practice most are done through CAB or Money Wellness. We had a poster who struggled with both of those organisations but CAP did one for him.
