but I am the registered keeper and only insured driver and have been corresponding with them. They sent the email saying they would revert it back but only did half of what they said and now they have sent me an email saying the sent me a final reminder before but I didn't receive anything .... I Don't know what to do
My insurance allows me to drive other cars and so does the insurance of millions of other drivers.2 -

Ironically given their small size and the locality of that car park to their office address and another business they run together, it was likely the "attendant" was probably one of the directors or one of the director's kids who are employed there. A driver in this instance would be a first hand witness.
How much of an error was the keying error that was made?
Pointlessly requiring a reg entry at a car park without ANPR monitored by foot patrols that prints paper tickets is just a deliberate ruse to increase the chance of being able to issue a ticket, as has happened in your case and trying to prevent people giving tickets with unexpired time to other motorists.1 -
If the vehicle is leased then the leasing company is the registered keeper ( not you. )
If you are the lessee then the leasing company named you as hirer of the vehicle, not driver ( insurance is irrelevant, anyone with the correct insurance can be the driver, such as the garage, police, KeithP or me. )
GXS should have sent you a notice to hirer, if you are leasing the vehicle from the leasing company , once the lease company named you as the hirer
You need to research the different terminology used, but ask yourself one very simple question
Is your name and address on the vehicle V5c log book. ? Yes or No. ?
If the lease company is on the log book, V5c , then they are the RK, simple , in which case you won't have a V5C log book, you will have a lease agreement. ( Contract. )
Mine is on my V5c log book, in my safe, , because I am the owner, I am also the Registered Keeper, I am also the day to day keeper too ( so I am not the lessee, not the hirer. ) , I do tend to be the driver too
I believe that you are waiting for the NtH to arrive in the post. ? With YOUR name and address on it1 -
All the people I'm helping in Sussex with GXS PCNs are cheerfully ignoring them.
Stop taking their bait. Ignore.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
