Sorry to come back with another problem, this time its MAJOR!
I brought a laptop two days ago from ebuyer
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/133385 but with 250gb @ £499.99
I cant find it for some reason!
I turn the laptop on it goes to microsoft corporation, and then loading.
It then goes to a navy blue sceen and does not load up windows!
when I go through safe mode it goes a bit further by the light blue screen coming up and saying windows is loading but then restarts by itself and does not work
PLEASE HELP!

they have not got any in stock, would they therefore give me a refund?

Ebuyer used to have a bad rep for service but I have heard they have improved . Anyway yes you are entitled to ask for a refund if its faulty. Useful reading here http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/c_buying_over_the_internet.pdf
They might offer you a different laptop or credit as a replacement but if you want a refund they are obliged to give one.0 -
I've returned a faulty hard drive to ebuyer without any problems. As turbobob says they used to have a bad reputation but htey seem to have imprived dramatically. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
