Interesting.. i just contacted them regarding reducing my DD as they wanted to increase it.... but they are not taking into account the credits. I then started to compare the date from my bills, to the anytime app.. and some months the ap not shows tiny amounts compared to what was on the bill. In fact for September the app _NOW_ claims i didn't charge my car at all! however the bill shows the correct mount, I shall cross compare to my cars log if it goes back that far. but it does sound like a lot of people may strt getting hit with "automatic bill updates" ... after reading your thread i have downloaded all my bills.0
