I cant get access to my account. I think they have IT problems at the moment, probably fixed after the weekend. Remember prices changed on Oct 1 due to the energy cap changing so prices went up. You quote would’ve been based on the previous prices which were in effect when you were quoted.1

Mine disappeared recently, coincidentally after I switched to an EV dual tariff. After much communication with the Helpdesk I could escalate it, but the last email suggested that the issue isn't resolvable at this point!1
