I will start with an apology, having read to the Newbies information I'm just not 100% sure if there have been any update
I have had a PCN issued for £100 for use of a Private Cark Park (concert venue) and I as I understand, in Scotland I can choose to ignore? Any guidance and help muchly appreciated!
