Hi, I parked just outside of the allocated parking space lines and received a parking fine of £100.00. This has now increased to £160.00. I have emailed to say can they advise on how this £160.00 has been spent in relation to my parking and fine and await their comment. Can you advise should I pay this (please no), or not. Thanks,

The extra £60 is spurious debt collectors fees, thats why its £160
