    Assume mitigation call at some point is the next step?

    Don't forget - download your own N180, complete it, and send it in as per the NEWBIES guide.

    Also, I think you meant "mediation call" rather than "mitigation call"?

    This is also covered in the NEWBIES guide - remember, you are offering them absolutely zero.

    I can't see any mention of which legal firm this is (other than "DCBL", which could be "DCB Limited" (debt collectors) or "DCB Legal" (solicitors)).
