I'd swap 3.1 and 3.2 round.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Email from Bulk Litigation team saying they wish to proceed and copy of questionnaire.
Assume mitigation call at some point is the next step?0 -
Don't forget - download your own N180, complete it, and send it in as per the NEWBIES guide.Biasmatty123 said:Email from Bulk Litigation team saying they wish to proceed and copy of questionnaire.

Also, I think you meant "mediation call" rather than "mitigation call"?
This is also covered in the NEWBIES guide - remember, you are offering them absolutely zero.
I can't see any mention of which legal firm this is (other than "DCBL", which could be "DCB Limited" (debt collectors) or "DCB Legal" (solicitors)).3 -
Sorry yes "mediation call" and its DCB Legal. Will go back to the NEWBIES guide and do the N180.
Many thanks,0 -
Had mediation call last week, informed them no offer to be made as per the guidelines. Have since had multiple calls from DCB Legal informing me to contact them urgently. Assume to try get me to settle outside of court?

"Assume to try get me to settle outside of court?"
Ignore/block - you are on your way to the "Disco" thread of shame - (for DCB Legal)

Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like
ECP , DCB LEGAL court claim

They know they are on shaky ground and hope you will fold, cheeky as that was the very reason that the mediation call was set up!

Still continuing to be hounded by DCB Legal. What an awful abuse of the system, they never once phoned prior to the medication call. Legally I thought once they raise a small claims, and we are this far along its to be heard in court, surely they can't keep harassing people to try "settle" outside of court? What a massive waste of time

Agreed, that is the real world and the basis for their business model, as seen in 778 cases in the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas
In their eyes they do so to seek settlement and aid the justice system, relieving the pressure on courts ( yeah, right )
