POSSIBLE FAKE MESSAGES FROM MARTIN LEWIS

I received a message on the Martin Lewis Face Book page asking me to DM Him. I am not sure this is genuine. In his message he said he could offer me investment advice which I did not ask for. My question was purely on switching energy suppliers. I am concerned about this,.

I would say with almost 100% certainty that it isn't the real Martin Lewis. Delete, block and move on

Thanks to everyone who responded. It is greatly appreciated, I had already blocked and reported him but as he is on Martin Lewis official page book using Martins actual profile I just hope I have not blocked the official page.0

I doubt very much it is ML "real" profile, it's becoming increasing popular to "clone" well known persons and create very convincing fake profiles.270441 said:Thanks to everyone who responded. I think the point @270441 is making is that the fake profile is replying to comments underneath posts by the genuine profile, but at first glance the post author and the imposter in the comments are indistinguishable.Official MSE Forum Team member.Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
