Call the National Civil Business Centre (NCBC) on 0300 123 1056. The NCBC is the central court for civil actions. Have the case numbers ready. You might be able to have the judgments set aside. See here for some useful information: County Court Judgment. How To Set Aside A CCJ. StepChange
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Could well be parking tickets - were your car details up to date with your correct address immediately after you moved for example? Parking companies send tickets to the RK based on the address held by the DVLA

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Set aside fee has recently increased, might be expensive for you, you may be better off emailing the court as they don`t tend to answer the phones that often.

Could be parking charges or possibly small credit card debts.
