Terms and Conditions

Newsletter: raffle

The participation in this promotion and its implementation depends on the following terms and conditions.

1. Promotion Description:

The giveaway is organized by Escapio GmbH, Pettenkoferstraße 15, 10247 Berlin / Germany (hereafter “Escapio”). The object of the promotion is the raffle of the advertised hotel stay, including additional services as indicated under https://en.escapio.com/newsletter-campaign, open to all new subscribers of the Escapio newsletter, who register during the period from 13.09.2024-07.10.2024.

2. Eligibility:

Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Employees of Escapio or the Escapio partner companies are excluded from participation. Escapio reserves the right to exclude persons from the promotion in case of non-compliance with the conditions of action or in the case of violation of these conditions of participation.

3. Participation in the event:

Participants must register to subscribe to the Escapio newsletter during the promotion period from 13.09.2024-07.10.2024. Only new registrations during the promotion period will be considered for the draw. Participation in the giveaway requires a valid e-mail address and subscription to the Escapio newsletter. Subscribers to the newsletter may unsubscribe at any time. By participating in this promotion, participants are taken to have agreed to and understood these terms and conditions. The winners will be determined by Escapio by means of a random draw.

4. Prize:

Escapio will notify the winner in writing by e-mail within two weeks. The prize will be forfeited immediately if the winner does not provide notification of the receipt of an email from Escapio within two (2) weeks. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for any other items, including cash disbursements, and shall be subject to such terms and conditions. The prize voucher will be sent to the winner by Escapio or the hotel via e-mail or by post within a maximum of two (2) weeks after the winner has responded to Escapio. By sending the prizes to the participant, the risk of loss passes to the participant.

The advertised hotel stay including additional services, as stated at https://en.escapio.com/newsletter-campaign, will be sent to the winner in a voucher form and can be redeemed at the hotel, subject to availability. Redeeming the voucher takes place directly in agreement between the winner and the hotel. The respective voucher conditions of the hotel apply.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Escapio is not liable in principle for damages incurred during the execution of the promotion, unless the organizer or its vicarious agents have caused the damage by intentional or gross negligence or violates a contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In the case of slight negligent violation of cardinal obligations, the organizer shall be limited to such loss or damage foreseeable and typical for this type of contract, which shall in no way include indirect losses.

6. Privacy policy:

The data collected by the participants within the framework of the promotion are collected, stored and used exclusively for the execution of the promotion. In addition, our data protection regulations apply.

7. Miscellaneous:

Escapio may, without prior notice, at any time and in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, or invalidate any effected submissions, without being liable in any way to anyone. Already issued vouchers remain valid. The terms and conditions of participation are governed by and construed in accordance with German law, with the exclusion of international private law and the UN purchase law.
