applied for 0% loan thru etailer. Completed by phone. When paperwork was emailed to me there was a spelling mistake. I have two options as presented to me
1. sign and proceed
2. Cancel application (approved so hard footprint)
What would you do and why?

I applied for a Santander bank account for the £36 offer + cashback, they set my account up with a typo in the name, I assume it was my fault but they managed to credit check and open it fine, I only noticed when I was testing payments and the confirmation of payee thing came up with a close match rather than exact! It may well go through anyway so you might as well accept it and get it updated later. I just had to go into branch with ID and a form like I was changing my name and they did it in a few minutes (that was just a missing letter e.g. SMTH not SMITH)
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
