need some information i have excellent credit history but on clearscore i had a dormant account which is showing now which was over months old which i paid off in full the second payment in but for some reason my score has dropped 89 points there is nothing showing on my account all my credit cards has balance of zero but when checked file through halifax its went up does anyone have an idea why it dropped this amount

You do not have a score. The number presented to you as such by Clearscore is for entertainment purposes only. Historical accounts will remain on your file for six years.3

Ignore the scores/ratings - these are marketing tools the CRAs use to try and sell you credit products. You need to focus on the actual data on your credit files, as this is what lenders use to make their lending decisions. If it is correct and up-to-date (give or take a month or two) then there is little to worry about.
The numbers themselves react to change - both good and bad. Closing account and paying off debt is usually seen as a good thing, but it makes the numbers move around, usually down. It's just another reflection of the fact that they shouldn't be relied upon as a measure of creditworthiness.
