The competition Promoter is Eye to Eye Media Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 06870389 with its registered office at Jubilee House, 92 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, England PE1 2SN (“Promoter”). The Prize Provider is Horwood Homewares Ltd of Avonmouth Way, Bristol, England BS11 9HX (“Prize Provider”). 2. This competition is open to delicious. magazine readers registered on the website (free), who are UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding all Channel Island and Isle of Man residents and employees and contractors or members of the immediate families of employees or contractors of Eye to Eye Media Ltd, the Prize Provider or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the competition. 3. Website entry opens on 25 September 2024 at 00:01 BST and closes at 23:59 GMT 31 October 2024. Entries received after the closing date of the competition will not be considered. No responsibility is taken for late or lost entries. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. All information forms part of the terms and conditions. Eye to Eye Media Ltd shall be entitled to exclude or disqualify any entrant at any time at its sole discretion. 4. The three winners will be drawn at random from correct entries. Only one prize will be awarded per winner. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. Only the winners will be contacted personally. 5. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days of the date of their email notification, the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to redraw the prize, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion. A replacement winner must respond to notification of their win within 30 days of the date of their email notification, failing which they will forfeit their prize. Eye to Eye Media Ltd do not accept any liability to any winner who for whatever reason does not redeem or take up the prize. 6. There are three prizes to be won. Each prize is the Stellar Eclipse Saucepan Set (RRP £450), comprising: 14cm non-stick milk pan, 3 x saucepans with lids (16cm, 18cm, 20cm) and 26cm non-stick frying pan. 7. Delivery of the prize to a UK address is included and the Prize Provider is responsible for prize fulfilment. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccuracy of any prize description. 8. No alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of developments outside the Prize Provider’s control, when the right is reserved to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize is subject to availability and is non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash in part or in whole. The prize cannot be redeemed as a voucher. 9. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners with the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared. 14. Eye to Eye Media Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
