Mobile PAC code and charged..

Hi all
Last October i used the PAC to transfer my number from 3 to EE….Always paid bill via DD and paid final bill…Number port OK
Last week I we was debited by 3 for an extra 97.11 for unbilled charges.
Trying to extract from 3 what this was for is a nightmare.

No one at 3 can access my old account…..its the same number as i used the PAC.0 -
There shouldn’t be a charge for asking for and using a PAC , so whatever the charge is for it shouldn’t be for porting your number0

No outstanding finance on a phone?
It's pretty fundamental to any business that if they raise an invoice (or instruct a direct debit) then the reason for the charge(s) must be readily identifiable. If 3 are not able to furnish this information (clearly you need this information before you can dispute the charge) then that to me would be reason for a formal complaint.0 -

Each time i call 3….i cant clear security as i dont have the account details anymore….and they try and send a security text but nothing comes through.
So ive cancelled the 3 direct debit…( my fault as i left it there )…0
