Boohoo - refund rejection

I have returned an item to Boohoo, I have proof of delivery etc. I have tried contacting them through text, email, Facebook and virtual assistant. They are now ignoring me. Does anyone know what I can do next please?

How did you pay? Was it through Klarna, debit card, or credit card?
How you've paid will decide your next steps.0 -
You say they are now ignoring you. At what point did they start ignoring you? Have they acknowledged receipt of the parcel, what time scales are you talking about? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
They ignore me once I ask for the escalation details. I have provided proof of sending and delivery. They just keep telling me to file a claim through the courier. Why would I when they have proof of delivery. Boohoo are saying they cannot track the item. Surely that’s not my issue, I have proof it’s been delivered, if they have lost it that’s not my problem. I am unsure what I can do next.0

I pay through my debit account. Don’t think I am covered in anyway with that.0

I posted on August 14th via tracking service. Proof of delivery received on 15th August. I waited the 28 day timescale before contacting them. Now going around in circles trying to get my money back.0

If you have proof of delivery, then you have a chargeback right. Speak to your banks dispute team.Chuchu1977 said:I pay through my debit account. Don’t think I am covered in anyway with that.Life in the slow lane2
