    Secure Boot and TPM are motherboard features, though the latter may be added retrospectively to certain boards if you have the right connector on them, but the former is part of the motherboard which would have to be changed.  If you have to change the board you'll have the processor and the memory as well

    I'm pretty sure Novatech computers are just normal off the shelf motherboards as they used to just build them themselves.
