LBC responses

I have previously received an LBC, I responded as per what I felt appropriate from having read through this forum. I have now received a reply to that response and am unsure as to what I should do/reply next.
I have attached what I sent and their reply.

What Letter of Claim (LoC)? Who sent the LoC? Certainly not TNC. Have you been duped into believing that one of their debt collection letters was an LoC?

    Just ignore TNC and NPE.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, nothing to do with TNC. Just respond with the LBC response from the Newbies/FAQ thread. No need to elaborate.

So, does the letter conform to all the requirements of section 3 of the PAP?

Or just ignore it, as I'm sure @Grizebeck has posted in other NPE threads with that exact same tedious letter.

  • I've received a second letter before claim from NPE, this time supposedly from their legal team. Is it worth responding to or just continue to ignore?
