Octopus tracker - wrongly saying Octopus Flexible

Dual energy user here. Both smart meters were installed Jan 2024. I was on the tracker, but my account keeps showing as GAS being the SVR (Octopus Flexible). I kept calling every month to tell them but it is still showing as flexible.
How can i check im not being overcharged and force them to check that i should be on the tracker?

Check what it says on the actual bill where it says 'about your tariff' to see if you are being charged the flexible or tracker rate for gas? The bill will also show a breakdown of your daily rates for both gas and electric if you're on the tracker tariff.
If gas is still showing as SVR, since you've already phoned them, I'd send them an email (hello@octopus.energy) and tell them you phoned them on whatever date it was but your gas tariff is still showing variable and not tracker.2 -
thanks very much. I can see after i called them today they have updated GAS to show Tracker Dec 2023.
