Lyca Mobile Account creates with my email address

Looking for advice here.
I am not a Lyca Mobile customer but 2 months ago someone created an account using my email address. I was then forwarded contact agreements and have access to the direct debit mandate. I reached out to them via email and phone but it's still not sorted. I have since also been emailed bills addressing me by my full name.

What can I do?

I'm concerned this could eventually affect my credit rating or open me up to other fraud. It's also a GDPR/data protection issue given that I can see sensitive data
